Marketing Manager

Bachelor Degree B1 55% in Class X, XII & 60% in Degree

Basic pay : 17,795/- Corporation allowance 23% of Basic pay, fuel allowance 2,450/- communication allowance 700/- PVBA 15% of basic pay, Bonus maximum of two months basic pay & other benefits & allowances shall be given as per service Rule.

1 Regular Minimum of 3 years and above of working experiences in Marketing field Marketing Division WCCL, Thimphu

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER

1. Overview and managment of daily maketing and sales

2. Responsible for the development of overall growth of the revenue

3. Reporting to the CEO on all marketing and sale activities

4. Customer relationship management - should perform the function of supporting customer relationship management in the organization.Based on    customer data base and feedback, he/she should ensure excellent customer service in order to build lasting relationship

5. Conduct market research to determine market requirments for existing and future products

6. Analysis of customer research , current market conditions and competitor information

7. Develop and implement marketing strategies which outline clearly how to promote the organization's products and services to its target market with the aims of increasing sales volumes and maintainig a competitive edge over competitors

8. Expand and develop marketing platforms

9. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

10. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results

11. Proposed and manage the marketing budget

12. Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

13. Develop pricing strategy

14. As member of the committee, participate in regular management meeting and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures

15. Manage employees within the marketing division . Assign duties and set target for staff and perform periodic performance evaluations

16. Identify new business opportunities- analyze market trends  to identify unexploited or new market for the organization's products and service

17.Including a marketing led culture through the business and making customer focused decision

18. He/she shall be under direct supervision and control of the CEO
