Dasho Rinzin Dorji

Chairman

Dasho Rinzin Dorji is currently serving as Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. His Majesty The King conferred Trashi Khadar to him on 16 August 2016. Prior to his current appointment, Dasho has served as the Director General for the Construction Development Board, Ministry of Works and Human Settlement. Dasho started his career as an Accountant at the Department of Industry in 1984. He also served as a Trainee Officer and Administrative Officer at the Department of Geology and Mines. Following this, he has served as a Regional Director for Trade and Industry Office in Gelephu and as Deputy Secretary for Ministry of Economic Affairs. Further, he was one of the Directors for Anti-Corruption Commission between 2007-20014. Dasho has Bachelors degree from Punjab University, India and Masters degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, United States. He is from Bji, Haa.

Dr. Sonam Phuntsho

Dr. Sonam Phuntsho started his career in the Royal Civil Service Commission in the year 1991 and has served various positions in the Ministry of Health. He has served as the Joint Director of Information & Communication Bureau along with being the national focal person for health promotion and tobacco control in Bhutan since 2002. He was appointed as the director of JDWNRH on 1st January 2014 until the appointment to his current position as the Director/CEO of Bhutan Health Trust Fund in 2016.

Mr. Tandin Dorji

Mr. Tandin Dorji is currently working as General Manager, Construction Division for Road, Bridge, Transmission, Religious Structure, Water & Wastewater Projects under Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL). He has Master of Engineering Science  Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of Melbourne Victoria, Australia in 2006. Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering form Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT-Roorkee), India in 2002 and Diploma in Civil Engineering from Royal Bhutan Polytechnic, Dewathang, Bhutan in 1997. He has 22 years of working experience in government, corporation and other agency since 1997 till date.

Mr. Singye Dorji

Mr. Singye Dorji is the Chief Executive Officer of Wood Craft Center Limited (WCCL). He served as the Executive Director of Lhaki Group of Companies and as Managing Director of Bhutan Board Products Limited. He received his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sherubtse College. He has served on the Board of Bhutan Power Corporation Limited.

Mr. Sonam Tobgay

Mr. Sonam Tobgay is currently serving as Sr. Analyst in the Department of Finance, Druk Holding and Investment (DHI). He has Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Hague University of Applied Sicences, Netherland in 2012 and Bachelor of Degree in Commerce (Honors) Delhi University from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Bhutan in 2006. He also served in Bhutan Power Corporation from 2007 till 2014.
